January 31: Height. Email your height in feet and inches (Example: 5ft 9 in) to [email protected]. We will use this measurement to order your cap and gown package. Please add an inch to your height if you plan to wear heels with your gown. You should have one of your parents measure you just in case you have grown recently.
Do not fill this out on your smartphone. The ones submitted this way have the most errors.
April 18: Photos for graduate video. Part of the graduation ceremony will be a video montage of all graduates. Parents, please email [email protected] with 8-10 photos of your graduate by the deadline. Please only send JPEGS (no PDFs will be used in the video). Usually parents send a range of photos from baby to senior. Photos will be excluded if more than 10 are sent and if the attire does not meet free dress guidelines.
May 15: Graduation Run-Through. All graduates are required to attend this run-through from 3:00-4:30 pm.
May 22: Prepare your graduation table display for the night of graduation. Each senior will have the opportunity to display a tri-fold board, photo albums, awards, and college plans on a table outside of the church auditorium. This table will be shared with another student, so plan space accordingly. This will need to be set-up on Thursday, May 22 any time between 1:00 pm-4:30pm in the foyer.
May 22: Graduation! Please arrive by 5:00 to put on your gown and take class photos on stage. Doors will open to guests at 5:45. After the ceremony there will be time to visit in the foyer. At approximately 7:45 pm we will start cleaning up, and you will need to return your gown to the wardrobe boxes and remove all of your foyer display items.
