Elementary Athletics

In a Christian school, sports can also serve as a medium for spiritual growth and reflection. Sports teach students about the virtues of perseverance, resilience, and faith. These experiences can be used to draw parallels with biblical teachings and personal spiritual journeys. This integration of faith and sports can deepen students' understanding of their relationship with God and their purpose in life. We offer the following athletics for 4th and 5th graders. 
  1. Fall: Volleyball
  2. Winter: Basketball ​

Junior High Athletics

Participation in sports is fundamental for maintaining physical health. At Christian Life, sports is a way to honor the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, as described in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. By maintaining physical fitness, students learn to respect and care for their bodies as gifts from God. We offer the following athletics for 6th-8th graders.
  1. Summer: Athletic Training Class Registration
  2. Fall: Volleyball, Cross Country, Soccer
  3. Winter: Basketball 
  4. Spring: ​Golf, Softball, Baseball, Tennis

High School Athletics

Sports are excellent for building character and instilling moral values. Through sports, students learn about teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and fair play. These qualities are essential for personal development and align with Christian teachings. The challenges and successes experienced in sports can teach students about humility, patience, and the importance of hard work and dedication. Moreover, sports offer a platform for practicing ethical behavior, such as honesty and integrity, both on and off the field. We offer the following athletics for 9th-12th graders.
  1. Summer: Athletic Training Class Registration
  2. Fall: Volleyball, Soccer, Cross Country
  3. Winter: Basketball
  4. Spring: Golf, Baseball, Tennis, Softball

Coaching Positions Available

We are excited to announce several coaching opportunities for the upcoming fall season. If you have a passion for sports and enjoy working with young athletes, consider applying for one of the positions listed below. Each role offers a chance to make a positive impact while developing your coaching skills.

  1. Varsity Girls Assistant Volleyball Coach (Fall Season)
    • Salary: $2,890.00
    • Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the varsity team, support the head coach, help players improve their game, and complete administrative responsibilities. 
  2. Junior Varsity Girls Assistant Volleyball Coach (Fall Season)
    1. Salary: $2,244.00
    2. Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the junior varsity team, support the head coach, help players improve their game, and complete administrative responsibilities. 
  3. Junior High Volleyball Assistant Coach (Winter Season)
    • Salary: $1,815.00
    • Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the junior high team, support the head coach, help players improve their game, and complete administrative responsibilities. 
    • Several positions open. 
  4. Elementary Assistant Coach (Fall Season)
    1. Salary: $900.00
    2. Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the elementary team, support the head coach, help players improve their game, and complete administrative responsibilities. 
  5. Cross Country Assistant Coach (Fall Season)
    1. Salary: $1,700.00
    2. Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the team, support the head coach, help players improve their skill, and complete administrative responsibilities. 
  6. Junior High Volleyball Coach (Fall Season)
    • Salary: $2,700.00
    • Responsibilities: Lead and develop the junior high volleyball team, organize practices, and complete administrative responsibilities.
  7. Elementary Volleyball Head Coach (Fall Season)
    1. Salary: $1200.00
    2. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the junior high volleyball team, organize practices, and coordinate participation in meets.
  8. Cross Country Head Coach (Fall Season)
    1. Salary: $2300.00
    2. Responsibilities: Assist in coaching the team, support the head coach, help players improve their skill, and complete administrative responsibilities.
