Basketball Practice Schedule and Team Selection
The basketball season is set to kick off on October 27, 2025, with our first official practice. We are excited to see everyone back on the court, ready to give their best. Below is the detailed schedule and team selection process for this year.
Team Selection
Thursday Evening Team Selection: ENROLLMENT FOR HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL IS FULL!
After practice on Thursday evening, the coaches will gather to evaluate the players and select teams. Our aim is to create balanced and competitive teams for the season. The teams will be divided as follows:
To ensure a smooth start, please arrive a few minutes before your designated start time. This will allow you to check in, collect your name tag, and prepare for an exciting practice session. The coaches will be there to greet the players and kick off the practice.
Team Spirit and Fun
Rest assured, your athlete is already part of a team! The focus is on playing their best and enjoying the opportunity to meet new coaches and teammates. Encourage them to embrace the experience and have fun.

Upcoming Sports Season Information
Boys' Team Schedule
The first practice for the Boys' team is scheduled for October 31, 2025. At that time the A.D. will split the teams into two teams. We will have a Navy team and a Green team. The practice times are set for 1-3 PM.
Girls' Elementary Team Participation
The first practice for the Girls' team is scheduled for October 31, 2025. Please pay attention to the practice location, as practices may not always be at CLPS. The practice times are set for 1-3 PM.

As the season approaches, all finalized schedules, including practice times and other important dates, will be made available on Rank One. Please check there regularly to stay informed about any updates or changes to the schedule.

- Girls' JH Team: The girls' team will not be split and will consist of all 6th-8th-grade players working together throughout the season.
