CLPS Students Participate in ACCS National Honor Choir

Incoming juniors Sophie Sutton and William Cronin participated in the National Honor Choir of the Association Classical Christian Schools (ACCS) this summer. After auditioning for a spot in this competitive event, Sophie and William joined other students from ACCS schools around the country to prepare songs to sing at the national ACCS "Repairing the Ruins" Conference in Dallas. This week-long intensive music training helps students grow as singers and musicians while having fellowship with students from around the country.

After the final concert, Sophie Sutton said this about the experience: “It was amazing! I learned so much about my voice and how to use it. Singing with a big group really builds community—I made so many lasting connections. Everyone was so kind and godly, and the Bible studies really impacted how I sang the Scriptures, too. It was absolutely my favorite summer experience!”

William Cronin remarked, "It was an absolute blast! I have never connected to other people so quickly as I did here. Everyone I met had a great heart for the Lord."
