Steps to Complete Sport Enrollment:
​

1. Select the desired sport or sports in FACTS under Course Request. If after 5/5/25, please email the Athletic Admin. @ [email protected] to be added to the roster. 
2. Confirm your athlete has a current physical and medical history. (see Parent Expectations)
​3. Log into RankOne.com and upload your physical and complete electronic medical history for approval.
4. Confirm in FACTS that your chosen sport is on your student's schedule.
5. Fill out the "Uniform Selection Form" to ensure your athlete will have the correct uniform.
6. Fill out the survey at the end of the season.

What to Expect:

6th-12th Graders:
First practice is February 2, 2026. We will practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Benbrook Par 3, Pecan Valley, and Leonard Golf Links.

Expect the first practice will include getting to know the coaches, uniform handouts, and a mandatory parent meeting at the end of practice. We have a lot of changes, and I want to make sure you are informed.

CLPS will provide you with the following items:
1 Sweatshirt
1 Hat/Visor
1 Golf Polo (Competitive Team Only)
1 Golf Bag (Competitive Team Only)
