How to Access your Student Email Address...

8/31/2017

All of our 7-12 students have been issued an official clps.info email address. Teachers and Administration will ONLY be allowed to communicate with students using their official addresses. If a student contacts a teacher using a personal email, the teacher will respond to the official clps.info email address.

Emails intended for parents will come to the addresses in RenWeb as usual.
Student addresses are composed with  their firstname+ lastname @clps.info.

Example: Amy Hay + amyhay@clps.info

Students should:
1.  go to accounts.google.com
2. sign in using their clps.info address
3. input the password provided (Password1234)
4. Change their password immediately
5. Check email daily and respond as appropriate (7th-12th)
6. Use their official school email address to contact teachers directly.
7. Students should not use their clps address for personal business or as log ins to accounts not related to their schoolwork. CLPS actually owns the account and can delete or suspend accounts at anytime which will make logging into external sites impossible.

If you are having ANY trouble accessing your student accounts, please contact Mrs. Morgan. (SarahMorgan@clps.info)

How to get Security I.D. Badges for your elementary students...

8/7/2017

Three ID badges will be issued to all elementary school families and will be required each day to pick up your children from CLPS.  The front of each ID will have a photograph of your K-6 grade children.

Please e-mail a recent photo of only your elementary children enrolled at CLPS to info@clps.info along with their first and last names.

We will try to have the badges ready for distribution at the orientation meeting.

How to Order Uniforms

8/6/2017

We have been getting lots of questions about the school uniform so I will be attaching it here. You may purchase uniforms through Land's End but are not required to do so. As long as the item you choose align with the uniform policy you will be fine.

A few notes:
  • K-6 and 7-12 have different regulations. There is a bit more freedom with 7-12 uniform.
  • K-6 students need to have primarily black or white closed-toed shoes or boot but can also have brown leather shoes or boots.
  • All students must wear a collared shirt with their uniform, even if covered by a sweater.
  • Cardigans, sweaters, sweatshirts and the like must be SOLID Black, White, Grey, Hunter or Navy. No logos except for CLPS Branded items
  • Coats can be any color but cannot be worn in class unless they meet the above criteria.
  • Skirts and dresses must all be A-Line and reach mid-knee (no upper-leg visible)
  • Shorts for boys must also reach the knee.
  • All pants need to be in the style of business-casual slacks.
