Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences Fall 2020
We are very excited about the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences for this spring semester! We have specially designed our semester calendar to provide these important meetings at a crucial time. Our expectation is that every parent takes this opportunity to partner fully with the teaching staff through Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Please take a minute and read this page carefully as it contains a number of important details regarding the upcoming conferences. At the bottom of the page, you will see the link to register for the parent-teacher conference.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be for the four core subjects: English, math, science, and history.
Registration for time slots will be on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to not delay in signing up for your times.
M/W Elementary Students should choose times on Wednesday, October 14
T/Th Elementary Students should choose times on Thursday, October 15.
Meetings for Kinder- 5th grades will be 15 minutes and meetings for 6th grade will be 10 minutes in length.
Teachers will be available to discuss grades, attendance, and character. In addition, we have encouraged teachers to focus on the following four questions during the parent-teacher conference:
How is the satellite day going for your child?
How is the classroom environment going for your child?
How is the peer-to-peer interaction going for your child?
How is the school’s communication going for your family?
We ask that you only be in the classroom if you have a scheduled conference at that time. Otherwise, we ask you to please wait in the foyer or hallway where we will have chairs available for you to sit until your scheduled time.
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in growing strong disciples of Jesus Christ.

How to reserve a conference
You will be asked to register for conference times. Our conferencing software will then send you a link through email to choose times for your conferences. Save your confirmation email in case you need to make changes.
