House Sorting and First Battle for ALL Secondary Students
Friday, August 11 4:00-5:00 pm CLPS Auditorium
This event is for all secondary students. Those who are new to CLPS in the 7th through 12th grades and ALL 6th gradestudents will be sorted into their houses for the first time in our traditional ceremony. Students will then gather to meet their house members for induction and then compete in the first House Battle of the year! Students will recieve their house shirts and be able to change into them before the induction. All students should follow the out of uniform dress code for this event (basically- shorts and skirts should reach the knee and no holes in any clothing)
The Back to School Party will follow immediately afterward.
Parents may drop off their secondary students at 4:00 pm and then rejoin them at 5:00 for the party as the induction ceremonies are a secret tradition for only House members and advisors.
You are invited to the Back to School Party! Friday, August 11 5:00-8:00 pm
Join the entire CLPS Community as we celebrate the start of a new school year! There will be inflatables (wet and dry), games and a cookout. All parents, students and siblings are welcome to attend!
