Acknowledgement Form
CLPS Faculty and staff will be required to read the entire Faculty Handbook upon hire, when updated or at any other time requested by the Administration. Please sign the acknowledgement form below by filling out the form (click the box below) or downloading, printing and submitting a paper copy of the form by choosing "Download File".
Note: Faculty should also read the Parent and Student Handbook as it describes the responsibilities and expectations of parents and students in the school and faculty are instrumental in the upholding of many of these policies.
