K-6th Grade Course Selection Process for Current Students
Your re-enrollment period opens Tuesday, February 9. You will have enrollment priority until Monday, March 1 when registration opens for new families. Tuition and enrollment fees will be billed for the entire 2021-2022 school year and spread over a 12 month payment period from May 15, 2021 through April 15, 2022.
It is extremely important that you carefully select ALL of the courses you want for the 2021-2022 school year - ALL core courses, electives, and sports for fall and spring. Study Halls will be added automatically to fill schedule gaps. There are no charges for Study Halls.
Class schedules will be finalized on or before July 30 based on the recorded course selections at that time. Courses with less than 3 students enrolled by May 31 will be removed from the course selection list.
Using the “2021-2022 Class List”, “2021-2022 K-6 Grade Course Selection Grid”, and the “2021-2022 Course Catalog”, select all 2021-2022 courses for each student following these steps:
Log-on to RenWeb and under the “Student Information” tab, select “Course Request”.
Select the tab for each student, scroll down through the course listings and de-select any pre-selected courses.
Return to the top of the screen and follow the directions on the screen.

PRIORITY FOR M/W ELEMENTARY ENROLLMENT will be determined in the following order: 1st Priority - Any family (Current or New) with secondary students enrolled at CLPS. 2nd Priority - Students enrolled in M/W for the 2020-2021 school year. 3rd Priority - T/TH Students enrolled at CLPS for the 2020-2021 school year requesting a move to M/W.
Application for Additional Students
Complete the “Application for Additional Students” which includes a “Course Request Form” and “Request for Student Records”. Submit these forms to the front office along with a $150 assessment test fee for students entering grades 1 through 8. We must receive these new sibling applications by Monday, March 1 for registration priority over new families.
