6th-12th Grade Parent Teacher Conferences
We are very excited about the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences for this fall semester! We have specially designed our semester calendar to provide these important meetings at a crucial time. Our expectation is that every parent takes this opportunity to partner fully with the teaching staff through Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Please take a minute and read this page carefully as it contains a number of important details regarding the upcoming conferences. At the bottom of the page, you will see the link to register for the parent-teacher conference.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be for the majority of the academic subjects: English, math, humanities, science, history, Spanish and Biblical Worldview.
Registration for time slots will be on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to not delay in signing up for your times.
Conferences for grades 6th grade Monday/Wednesday Section, 8th, 9th and 12th will be scheduled for Wednesday but due to the amount of teachers with multiple classes in these grades, many will need to schedule conferences to overflow Thursday.
Conferences for grades 6th grade Tuesday/Thursday Section, 7th, 10th and 11th will be scheduled for Thursday, but due to the amount of teachers with multiple classes in these grades, many will need to schedule conferences to overflow backwards to Wednesday.
Friday will be a regular class day for 7th-12th grade students.
Teachers will be available to discuss grades, attendance, and character. In addition, we have encouraged teachers to focus on the following four questions during the parent-teacher conference:
How is the satellite day going for your child?
How is the classroom environment going for your child?
How is the peer-to-peer interaction going for your child?
How is the school’s communication going for your family?
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in growing strong disciples of Jesus Christ.

How to reserve your conferences
You will be asked to register for conference times. Our conferencing software will then send you a link through email to choose times for your conferences. Save your confirmation email in case you need to make changes.
For easier scheduling:
For easier scheduling:
- Choose ALL teachers for ALL of your students at one time. This will allow you to see all available conference spots on one page to ensure you don't schedule conferences at the same time.
- However, If you have more than one student who has the same teacher, (Ex: You have a 8th and 10th grader who have Mrs. Tubbs) you may need to schedule conferences for one student and then go back into the system to select times for the other student.
- Due to the number of teachers who teach multiple grade levels, all secondary teachers are listed alphabetically below the elementary sections.
- Childcare will not be provided. School age students may wait on the bleachers. Younger children may sit with parents during conferences.
